Open Style Lube Trailer

Open Style Lube Trailers are 9990 GVRW keeping most operators under CDL requirements (check your local regulations). These Lube Trailers carry up to 570 gallons of product (new oil, salvage and/or antifreeze). They also carry 120 lbs. of grease and a gas powered air compressor.

Air operated oil product system to include tanks, IR 5:1 air operated oil pumps, air regulator with gauge, Reel Craft hose reel 1/2” X 50’ spring retractable hose reels, metered (quart) oil control with built in swivel with flex end and non-drip tips
ANTI-FREEZE

(1) 75 gallon anti-freeze tank

Air operated product system to include tank, IR ½” diaphragm air operated pump, Reel Craft hose reel 1/2” X 50’ spring retractable hose and anti-freeze non-metered  nozzle.
WASTE
SALVAGE

(1) 250 gallon salvage oil tank

Air operated waste oil salvage system to include tank, IR diaphragm pump, 4-way brass salvage valve (suction-neutral-discharge),  Reel Craft hose reel 1” X 35’ spring retractable oil salvage reel.
GREASE

One (1) 120 lb grease system

Air driven high pressure IR 50:1 pump, drum cover, tie down rods and tank ring. Reel Craft hose reel 3/8” X 50’ and high pressure grease nozzle.
AIR SYSTEM

Ingersoll Rand Two-stage gas compressor with 13 hp Honda engine and 30 gallon tank with air dryer. Reel Craft 3/8” X 50’ hose reel with ball stop.
TANKS

All tanks are constructed of polyethylene material and includes vented top fill.
